Given the enormous impact that Julia had, it seems likely that some
organization will create a memorial in her honor. Donations would go to
support young chefs, perhaps, or to further support excellence in cooking.
The James Beard Foundation seems like a possible sponsor. If anyone hears of
such will you please post it here? I am one of many people who were
influenced by Julia in a major way and would gladly contribute to such a
cause.
