I dunno where/how you are cooking but, when I cook the only fat "deposits" I
clean up are in the *cooking chamber*. Sometimes I don't clean those up till
there's a lot. Most of your fat should drain out (in an off set type pit).

I've been grilling in the cooking area (WSM does smoking duties for now).
So my ashes and deposits are in that area.
