I'd order *this* week if you can. That'll get you in line sooner.

I just ordered the meat hanger for my #5 and another for my #3. From responses
that I've read, they'll be worth the cost.

I figure I'll be waiting no matter when I order, and I'm OK with that.
My birthday's the day after Thanksgiving, so I figure that I'll still
have enough time to get it and break it in before the turkey. If not,
oh well, I've been warned. I still don't mind the wait.
