beat shortbread biscuits.

If Penguin biscuits (the British equivalent to Australian Tim Tams)
are available, then dipping is mandatory, followed by sipping tea
through the Penguin, then flipping the biscuit over, cramming it into
one's mouth and savoring that ooey, gooey, scrummy mess! Definitely
an experience not to be missed if one has the chance.
