A nite club owner told me too throw away over 120 bottles of beer. They
had some visible debris floating in them, some cloudiness..but tasted
fine. Are there any health concerns too be considered?


Unless the cap is pierced/rusted through or simply loose, and the beer is
not protected any longer from the outside environment; there are no known
pathogens able to survive in a bottle of beer, which consists of a hostile
environment to them. The flunky particles you remarked, are most likely
yeast deposit or protein coagulation, or a combination of both. They might
make the beer practically undrinkable, but not harmful.
