Noticed a sign in downtown Atlanta (at Baker & Peachtree) for a
Paulaner brewpub to open summer 2004. How many of these are there?

There's one in Munich (duh), a couple in China, one in Singapore, and
one in Cape Town, South Africa. The one in Munich is quite nice.

It didn't look like they had started working on the building so
I wonder what the chances are of it opening on time?

Maybe you should contact the folks who are building it and ask them?
