I don't know about Dublin outlets but down here in Cork City the
Franciscan Well Brewery & Pub, North Mall, Cork +353 21 210130 do a
fantastic Kolsch, their 4.2% ABV Blarney Blonde. Give them a ring to
find outlets (if any) in Dublin. I do seem to recall that they do have
some connection with one or two Dublin bars so a quick call might well
be worth it.

IIRC, both the Porterhouse and Messrs Maguire in Dublin brew a Kolsch
type beer every so often. Never tried it though :-(
