I don't know about Dublin outlets but down here in Cork City the
Franciscan Well Brewery & Pub, North Mall, Cork +353 21 210130 do a
fantastic Kolsch, their 4.2% ABV Blarney Blonde. Give them a ring to
find outlets (if any) in Dublin. I do seem to recall that they do have
some connection with one or two Dublin bars so a quick call might well
be worth it.

There is also one specialist beer importer here in Cork which imports
German (and Belgian) beers and distributes them to the few specialist
beer bars scattered throughout the Republic. I don't have contact
details on me but they own a Cork pub, the fantastic Abbot Ale House
on Coburg Street, and I'll pop in to get the phone number, email addy,
a list of German Beers they import and any regurar clients up in
Dublin, I'll post back here when I've got the info.
