Your age has a lot to with your cellar. Say, for example. you are in your
mid 50's,. 2000 bordeaux (the first growths) will out live you. How old are
you, and how much time can you wait for cellar wines to come around?

I'm about 40, and I plan on buying and drinking accordingly. I don't invest in
1st growths, but I do have a few cases of "super seconds" from 2000 (Cos
d'Estoturnel, etc.)
