How to improve this leftover soup?

I've got turkey bones, celery, garlic and ginger, preserved turnip for
saltiness, black peppercorns ...
....Carrots, onion. Make your turkey stock and strain. Refrigerate it
over night to draw off fat. Place plain stock back in pot and add a
whole chicken and some fresh cut up vegetables and a can of tomatoes.
Simmer until chicken is falling off bone. Remove meat add to pot with
veg. You may also refrigerate this lot to draw off fat from the
chicken. When ready to serve bring to simmer and add noodles and some
herbs like dill and thyme.
