A Friend pointed this group out to me some time ago, and I've been
reading it avidly ever since...

First thing I want to say is that you guys all seem like freakin
Genius's!

So the question.. (I'm done sucking up now....)

I'm looking for a new grill...(I'll probably never be grilling for
more than 6 or 7 people at a time) Reading here and looking elsewhere
on the Net I've determined that I want a Weber Genesis Silver B with
"Cast Iron Cooking Grid" and "Exclusive Porcelain Enameled Flavorizer®
Bars" (C/O HomeDespot)..

My question is this, assuming that I have no use for a side burner,
and style isn't all that important to me .. What is the next step UP
from this unit... what will it add to my grilling experience? I would
far rather spend a little more now than find myself limited later.

Or should I just save my money for better meat, cool accessories and
beer?
