Default BBQ Question

Do I BBQ hotdogs and burgers so they all fit and finish at the same

Do it informally, with people eating at different times. Cook burgers
and dogs first, then some steaklets (strip steaks cut into 3 pieces) or
some sirloin tips, then more dogs and burgers, then maybe some salmon,
with grilled veggies available at various times in between (especially
grilled onion and peppers for the burgers and dogs. And sausages! Start
with some fruit salad or some chips and salsa or something, so that
people can munch a little while they wait for the meat.

15 is way too many people to coodinate eating all at once. Do it a
little at a time, as people arrive, and as they get hungry. Feed the
kids first. Have several small tables and groupings of chairs, to
emphasize the informal nature of things.

Don't even attempt to have everything all ready all at once.
