For those of you who need 'em, Jim at Tejas sent me one to check out.
Outstanding. 10 times better then those cheesy Weber racks. Holds four full
size racks. I'll post some pics on abf later. Still have to do some trimming
in a WSM I suppose but you can lift all the ribs at once off the bottom
grate and they won't look like rib curls.
