Prolly health and fire codes. I had the pleasure of going to one such
bar when I was on TDY in Alaska (The Bird House Bar, in Bird Creek, on
the highway heading down to Kenai from Anchorage).

Way cool place. Burned to the ground. Stories I head from folks up
that way, it went quick and hot. Apparently some big developer in
Anchorage proper has now "rebuilt" the Bird House as part of a big
entertainment complex downtown.
