Default Brined Skirt or Flank Steak?

Young grasshoppa thinking about cooking up some fajitas on Sunday, using the
top grill of his WSM without the water pan.

Anybody tried first brining the skirt or flank steak before cooking it, and,
if so, the results?

Enlightenment from the barbecue temple masters is much appreciated.
