May also make a batch of ordinary pickled beets with leetle onions, just
for a lark, you understand. When Mama was alive, I'd use the leftovers for
borscht.

You just HAVE to post the recipe for Beet Smoothies. I just KNOW Barb is
chomping at the bit to try one of those.
