Default Hell's Kitchen finale (spoilers)

Yay, Christina. The St. Louis (Maplewood) contestant won. I was pretty
sure she was going to, after Ramsay picked her for the finals even
with a weak performance in the "three chefs" competition. I really
didn't think a middle-aged caterer was likely to win.

This was probably the worst slate of contestants since the show
started, especially on the men's side.

I couldn't see Ramsay putting up with Petrozza's frequent fumbling. How on
earth do you run out of the ingredients for two of the appetizers on YOUR
menu half way through dinner service? Simple - he didn't bother to check to
make sure his team had done adequate prep.

In Christina, I saw growth during the season and the potential for even more
growth, despite her age and lack of experience. Most of the people who
enter the competition already think they're all that, then wonder why they
get shot down. I was happy she won
