Thanks, Matthew. I'm not about to suggest brands of Thai products to my
Thai wife. ;-D

Late getting into this one! I have used Golden Boy brand from Thailand
for over 5 years, it has the best flavor and will keep for years(IF it
does!)in the fridge. I do a lot of Thai cooking, and this is the ONLY
brand I would use. Viet brands are lousy, IMHO and I would not give them
shelf room. I also use the best oyster sauce, also from Thailand.
