Well, I personally have only two 'outdoor' cooking books--and neither
is much about grilling. _Smoke and Spice_, and _Sublime Smoke_.

I think Beautiful has the Raichlen book (I know she has one of his)
and at least one more grilling book--but they seem to be heavily
oriented toward gas grills and charcoal grills with lids.

Actually, I don't have any Raichlen books, dear. I've looked over his
website but don't own any of his stuff yet. Good suggestion, BOB!
