Okay, so as many of you know, I gifted Desideria with the Lodge
Sportsman's Grill--which is effectively a good-quality hibachi.

Steaks, burgers--those lend themselves to the high direct heat style
of cooking that's the primary methodology available with such a grill.
What else? Anyone got recipes, or know of good recipe sources? The
large majority of grilling recipes/information I'm finding is oriented
toward grills that'll do indirect. Not all, of course, but many--and
even a number of the 'grilling with direct heat' ideas assume a lid
so's to get heat all 'round the food.

I was, frankly, rather surprised at how little I found when I went
looking on the 'net. Any and all ideas & info is appreciated.

Do you happen to have "The Barbeque Bible" by Steve Raichlen?
How about "How To Grill"?
Both have good information and recipes for grilling. Try the library or a
bookstore.
