Hibachi-type grill info?

I've had one for a year and I love it but I can't help much with
recipes. I use it for high heat searing of steaks and burgers. I've
got a WSM for barbecue and a gas grill for chicken and sausages so I
can use the Lodge for what it's best at. Loaded with lump and going
full blast it produces an awesome sear on a steak.
