Okay, so as many of you know, I gifted Desideria with the Lodge
Sportsman's Grill--which is effectively a good-quality hibachi.

Hey Denny! Jun's only done direct. Steak, chops, shrimp, mussels,
chiles, that kinda stuff. Indirect goes in the smoker here. Not much
help. SBD ;-(
Direct is what I want to know, man! shrimp, huh? (and someone I know
will like the idea of chiles...)
Steaks and chops (prolly work for ribs, too), real hot fire. Shrimp 'til
they're pink, mussels 'til they pop open, medium fire. Chiles, medium to
hot fire, turn 'em when they're done to your intended use. I think TFM®
wraps 'em in bacon. Might work for asparagus and other fruits and veggies,
too. And then there's chicken. We haven't done that yet. Eat your mistakes,
DennY!

I've known US vets who served as far back as the Spanish American War. They
are all my heroes! Thank a Veteran and Support Our Troops. You are not
forgotten. Thanks ! ! ~Semper Fi~
