I don't keep spices on hand because I do very little cooking.

I would like to try lasagna. I have never seen a spice pack in the
grocery store for lasagna like I have seen for chili and pot roast.

Does one exist?

Lasagna usually doesn't include any spices just sprinkled over
layers. The tomato sauce I use in layers does, of course. Did you
mean that? If so, standard recipes for tomato sauce might include
basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram, thyme or a few others. Make a
good sauce and you can use it in or on anything!
Sometimes I grind a bit of fresh nutmeg into the cheese filling...

Since the OP doesn't cook (much) it seems a jarred tomato sauce
would fit the bill perfectly for assembling lasagna.

Plain tomato sauce??!? Don't you mean spaghetti sauce?

Jarred sauce, as I suggested, isn't usually simply tomato sauce. I prefer
Newman's Own tomato sauce. The tomato basil version. YMMV
