Update: just tried the hibachi. Two nice thick New York steaks. They
were *wonderful*!!!!! (well, mine was--and Denny seemed pretty darned
pleased with his! Not branded as I didn't put one over the Lodge logo)

That's great! Jun uses the sides, rather than the middle, too. I've gotta
figger out how ta turn that Lodge logo into a 'Rockin' N', more or less.
