While I rarely see it on sale, I get a LOT of it marked down as it
reaches the "sell by" date. Wonderful thick yet tiny (pricey!) lamb
chops that I toss into the freezer until I have enough for a meal.
Lamb chops are to me the perfect mid-busy-week meal.
