There used to be a restaurant on the way up to Sandia Peak...that had
really good fried mushrooms, artichokes (hearts?) and I forget what
else. Maybe zucchini..... Whatever, they mixed them all together and
you got a platter of the fried vegetables. Man, I thought they were
divine..

I think the restaurant is now gone... I wanted to go back and have a
plate of those ...but then someone told me that the place was now
defunct.

Doesn't ring a bell.
There used to be a place up there called Bella Vista which only seemed
to do fried fish and fried chicken with (what else) fries and coleslaw.
All you can eat with a nice view as bonus. That went belly up years ago.

Have eaten at 'High Finance' up on the Peak, but not the Mexican-type
place 'Sandiago's'.
