Back in the day when I was newly married and we were trying to be
budget-conscious, I would put them in a shallow pan, season them, and
pour mushroom soup over them and bake in the oven at 350 for about a
half hour. They were pretty tasty.

You could do the same type of thing using a red wine/mushroom
sauce. ;-) Yum.
