The proposal has it as part of a shopping mall. It wouldn't be my
regular shopping destination. I would be curious enough to check it out
on occasion.

I am not sure exactly what you mean by taking public transport. I use it
as needed and drive as needed. But I am certainly not going to drive 30
minutes for a regular grocery store when I have one within walking
distance (or within 2 miles) of my home. I was simply curious about the
chain...
