Oh, I believe it. It's pretty well independent of whether or not you
eat sat fat.
Just because you cut out sugar carbs doesn't
mean sat. fat is beneficial, you just dropped the carbs.
Yup; dropping the carbs comes first. Then you can look at tweaking fat
in your diet. What you absolutely should not do is go low fat, because
that equates with either too few calories, or high carb.
