Chicken fajitas dinner
Oh im a by eye sorta cook..if i had to nail it down..two cups carblose and
salt and yeast and a tablspoon oilive oil in food processor for fast or by
hand for slow needing...till u get the baby bottom feel and put it into a
oiled bowl to raise..then make into small serving size rounds and wrap in
plastic wrap and freez till needed..i make very very thin pizzas in a very
hot oven..much as alan recomends on his blog...he uses real flour i believe
and even that doesnt spike me if its thin and right time of the the the
carbalose definatly doesnt spike me and i actually went from 89 to 69..and
stayd low all day..prob too much cheese and beef on it....and my systemn
decided to work for a change..too well..lol..but as always test test test
all day to see if theres sneak rises later etc.
