Hello,

I had "Cha Ca Chay" at a Vietnamese restaurant...

Can anyone explain what is inside the nori roll ?

Fish and whatever else the house decides to use. I've never seen
seaweed used in Vietnamese cooking, so I'm guessing this was pretty
untraditional.

Thanks !

I thought as it was available frozen in some Asian shop...

I thought they sounded familiar when I posted my respose, and then I
realized those were the rolls you posted the other day in
alt.food.binaries.

I looked at the pics again and I stand by my word ;-) I don't you
what your folks do there in Belgium for Vietanamese food, but I've
never seen those things on this side of the ocean. I've never seen
anything Vietnamese wrapped in nori or wet/fresh seaweed.
