What do you eat for breakfast? And what numbers do you get?

I used to eat dinner for breakfast!!!

This AM:

FBG 98 mg/dl

Canned tuna (2 oz.) mixed with garlic hummus with sharp cheddar cheese on
whole grain/whole wheat toast, grilled cheesed in safflower oil.

1PP 130 mg/dl
2PP 111 mg/dl

Andy

Cut the toast in half and you'll be under 120 at 1PP:-)

Alan,

I do open-faced sandwiches alot. I splurge every so often! :9

While I agree with your choices, I'm surprised you thought
Nick's was unusual.

You may like this.

snipped for brevity

Nick is consuming an enormous amount of saturated fat. I can't handle that
type of fat intake.

He had grilled chicken, you had cheese?

I wandered back through some posts; couldn't find all that
sat fat.

But then, I consider duck confit as gourmet health food...

Cheers, Alan, T2, Australia.
