OK, where's the vegetables, fiber, etc? This looks like ameat that you
are jus lazily making. I bet Jun was out:-) Remember. man does not live
by low bgs alone! Also d dyu really wait for 5 hours afer getting up to
eat? who knows how many ups and downs form liver dumps and reactive
hypoglycemia you may have had in tht time. Don't push it friend!! Like
you Momma must have said,"eat your vegetables:-)"
Ya know, my kid brother is four years younger than me. My Uncle Herbie
always said that my Mom and Dad should have had a daughter between us. If
she had been like you, that would've been fine by me, Wendy!
You are correct about my motivation. Get a little carbs, add some protein,
skarf it down. Jun made that Rock Cod and Mushrooms dinner for me when she
got home. Are mushrooms a vegetable?
Same thing today. I got up at 2PM (hey, it's the weekend), Jun's still at
work, won't be home 'til around 10PM, haven't checked my BG yet. Standby
one. OK. 8PM BG 85. Guess I'll go make something to eat. Nuke up half a
small potato, lots of butter and cheese (no sour cream, dammit), some
veggies (?) . . . in a little while.
Thanks, Sis. hug ;-)
Take care.

I've known US vets who served as far back as the Spanish American War. They
are all my heroes! Thank a Veteran and Support Our Troops. You are not
