Absolutely. And like Ed said, the result will be the same. Just get
a good shaped piece of meat that will cook well and go on your way.
BTW, if you go to Sam's, they are $1.38 for packers now in our area.

Sams here usually has Choice Angus packer cuts but they don't have the
"certified Angus" stamp on them. But the price is in that same range usually
and its good brisket, and its not imported.
