untrimmed brisket - choice or select?

I can either get from import-from-chinas-great-wal-mart select packers cuts
of brisket for 1.67/#, or choice from the usa at a local butcher
for 2.99. Any reasons to go for either, one over the other?

Go for price. End result is the same. To prove it, buy one of each and
cook them together. I'm willing to pay extra for higher grade steak or
roasts, but there is little or no difference in briskets as they are both
tough.
