Thinking of my first rib smoke it went much the same way. My brother
bought me a brinkman for Xmas. Had touched it until the 4th of July
neighborhood BBQ. Got up early, only half of an idea of what to do. They
turned out wonderful and my nose could smell the smoke for days. The year
before we catered the ribs, boiled pork in a trough of sauce, not good IMHO.
Been at it ever since.
