It is not inexpensive, but when it's the only pasta available for one's
diet, it's worth the price. I use the spaghetti in Asian dishes like
lo-mein or sesame noodles. It sure is helpful to have something to add
to that stir-fry dinner when rice is a no-no.
Thanks for the URL, Jaye. I'll check it out. Even though I'm retired and on
Social Security and a small pension, food is one place I don't skimp,
especially 'cause Jun buys the food with money she works for. She cooks a
lot of her Thai food, so this might be a good alternative to rice noodles.
