Nowadays I have to eat rice, corn or quinoa pasta due to our food allergies.
This stuff works for me, provided I watch my portion size. We occasionally
go to The Old Spaghetti Factory for lunch. I can eat a plate of their
gluten free pasta (corn) with no problems, but... My daughter and I switch
plates. I eat the kid's meal and she gets my plate. She can't finish my
portion, but she gets offended at the childish plate they serve the kid's
meal on. And it's the perfect size for me.
