correction. rec.food.veg.cooking.

They are very well moderated. They encourage posting only vegan
recipies and the content is 99.8% ( .02 % for thank you notes )
about vegetarian cooking only.

Given that Mr. Falafel seems to be exclusively interested in vegan
cooking it would seem like the better fit given the nature of the
content of alt.food.vegan.

Not trying to convince him of anything, just thinking out loud.
