That's been my observation about this group, too, Susan. Sometimes, I'll
post my FBG, what I ate and my one hour postprandial. Sometimes, I'll post
some recipes of mine, some of which are high carb, but which can be adapted
to low carb, in the hope that someone will post what they did with it to
make it diabetes friendly.
