I agree with you about controlling somebody elses behavior Evelyn.
It's not something that can easily be done, especially when something
is new and one is trying to change a lifetime of eating a certain way.
It's quite overwhelming in the early days, and I wish your hubby the
best. Small changes at first can be a good thing...before you drop the
hammer. ;-)
