Penzey's is terrific, but as a matter of personal taste I find their
five spice powder too heavy on the cinammon, so be prepared to doctor
it up a little. Of those you named, I like their garam masal and
really like the Chicago steak seasoning, which I regularly mix into
hamburger patties. Another Indian mixture you might like is called
