1.3 g per 2 tbsp. I think this recipe can be adjusted to please the
Diabetic. I can eat some potatoes without spiking but not rice so guess
we
have to depend on our meters for this one.

My numbers were not good today, but I didn't test prior to eating and I
suspect I was too high before I ate. This morning I woke up and tested as
hypo. I didn't believe it because I didn't feel bad so I tested again and
it said Lo. I think I ate more cereal than I should have, but again, I
didn't test after. I was not feeling well because I've been sick.
Normally I can eat a cup of this with no problems.
