And I get flamed.
Well, no. You didn't get flamed. Not even close. Dave quoted the
HTML so you'd see how completely unreadable such posts are.
I said you didn't Get It, specifically meaning that you didn't Get
Usenet--it has its protocols, a MAJOR one of which is "NO
HTML"--Usenet is a medium for, and of, plain ASCII text.
Outlook Express is not, and never has been, Usenet-friendly. If one
insists on using it, in order for it to come close to conforming, that
user needs must become fairly expert in its use. I know that "every
Windows computer has OE"--and that's at best a feeble argument for its
use. There are several free, easy-to-use newsreaders for Windows.
It's very easy to download one, install it, and try it out. I suggest
you--and anyone else using OE on Usenet, try a real newsreader.
Take a look at
www.newsreaders.com
-- the site's been around a long
time, and has good information.
Oh, and another reason for not using OE--it's difficult to *not*
top-post with it. And top-posting in almost all Usenet groups is at
least one of:
ignorant
rude
arrogant
stupid.
In some, it's all 4.
Take a look at Nick Cramer's post--that's what top posting looks like:
a conversation which is exactly backward.
Now, if you choose to ignore the suggestions several are making, you
will then learn just what flaming is.
And boy, do we have some seasoned, expert flamers here! LMFAO

Nick. Support severely wounded and disabled Veterans and their families!
I've known US vets who served as far back as the Spanish American War. They
are all my heroes! Thank a Veteran and Support Our Troops. You are not
forgotten. Thanks ! ! ~Semper Fi~
