Takes a good month/six weeks/or a little longer - India and Customs and Homeland Security. Comes in wonderful hand-sewn white cloth package. Pretty good tea. Hold on.

I have only ordered from them once, but my order was worryingly slow
and they never responded to my emails at all. *When the tea finally
arrived, the magnificent packaging made me feel like I was a receiving
a package not from just a far off place but also from a far off
time!! *So I would second Shen's "Hold on" suggestion.

This is my first time ordering something directly from India, so I
really just have no idea whether this kind of delay is normal or not.
As of today, it's been about 47 days since I placed the order. *Do you
know how long it usually takes for mail to get from India to the US? *Is
this normal?

Based on other responses, I'm guessing I should just wait for now. *I've
never heard of anyone NOT getting their order from them, but delays do
seem to be the norm. *As Shen pointed out, there are a lot of hurdles
between here and there.

Let me know if you think 47 days is longer than normal. *If so, I'll be
glad to take you up on your offer!

i personally belive that times have changed and 48 hours is a long
shipping time...
