Default Flavoring wines, was Chocolate Wine

So, Jim. If Stevia Dark Choco is good for the lady - I think you said
instant pantyhose remover - then adding a little hint of hot - is this
for us? haha.
OK, i'm doing this - Cab w/hot pepper to soak, and then when serving add
a few drops of STevia dark chocolate... I should wait until the weekend,
ugh? smile.

I think you guys mite be on to something, I was just at a wine
festival and one of the agent was poring red wine and offering a piece
of dark chocolate with peppers in the chocolate the combination of
chocolate and wine was very interesting.

I wondered the same thing.
thanks to Jim, I ordered Stevia in Dark Choco and Dark Choco w/Raspberry
- liquid. A couple drops changes a red wine taste, rather nicely for
something different. After adding 5 drops to a glass, I wondered if a
hot pepper - might give it a cool twist, but could not decide how to do
it. Adding Cheyenne pepper powder, was not a good thing. (1/8th teaspoon
did not dissolve)so the floatees hit the mouth HOT. smile.

wonder if I added a hot pepper and let it soak?

Thank you for the information.
A bit of a twist on this thread; I have toyed with the idea of adding
a dry hot pepper to a mediocre red; some day I will do it. Anyone add
anything unusual to a grape wine to good effect?

Joe
