Oh, if you don't get law, she sues management for permitting customers to
sexually harass (hit on) the employees.


Okay, I guess the reason I didn;t see that was that she put it in
terms of HER not being allowed to go out with ME, as opposed to ME not
being allowed to approach HER.

Could it also be that if the relationship goes bad, the CUSTOMER could
sue the restaurant for allowing him/her to get into a bad relationship
with an employee? Or that the customer might expect special treatment
if he/she were dating an employee?
