Uni, Saba, Hamachi, Sake, Toro, Mirugai . . . prob'ly a few others. After
the first piece, I pick up a little wasabi on the chopsticks, pick up the
fish and barely dip it in some straight soy sauce. Except for the Uni. I
always take that neat. There are a few sashimi's that come with a separate
sauce. I never argue with Itamae-san . . . he's got a knife!

I agree with the first two. Uni and saba have a good flavor that I enjoy
without dipping.

Also an excellent point not to argue with the Itamae.
