I know what she did and didn't say. I'm trying to paint her into a
corner by saying she doesn't like lox and cream cheese together on a
bagel. Oy! That's not a treat?

Wha-at...you want I should say something that isn't true, that I never
said? I like lox and cream cheese on a bagel. This is a good thing.
Jewish deli food is a comfort food for me. But I don't want bagel
toppings on sushi rice!

That's not what I said? Didn't you read my statment? :-)

Why are you trying to paint me into a corner, anyway? What's your
intention, huh?

To point out that lox and cream cheese are good, which it seems you
know, and not any significant different between smoked salmon and cream
cheese. The complaint seems to be unrelated to smoked salmon, from
where this discussion emanated and (I'm guessing) is localized in one
issue: some folk don't like cream cheese and sushi rice.

I don't like the idea of rice and cream cheese, but can't say I dislike
it as I've never tried it. Relative to whether cream cheese coats your
mouth, I never really thought about it. If it did I have a drink of
something.

So if you haven't tried it, why are you so bent on disputing my own de
gustibus?

I'm not.
