Las Vegas - Sushi

Yeah, I know, it's been mentioned before, and I WILL search the archives, but I
was just wondering if anyone had any late-breaking recommendations for places
in Vegas.. I'm headed there in early November. I plan to do one sushi meal,
probably by myself, as my friends don't care for it. Prefer quality over
quantity. I don't think I'm going to go the AYCE route. What's the best in
Vegas? Nobu? I remember someone (Blair?) paying $30 for 2 pieces of toro..
well, I'm not going to splurge THAT much (unless I win.. hahahahahaha), but I
wouldn't mind spending $50-$100 on myself, since, what the hell, I'll be there
anyway.
Vegas changes almost monthly, but if you haven't tried Shintaro
in the Bellagio, it's a must-do.
